Registration Information

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE STARTING YOUR REGISTRATION

Initial Details

If your child played for us last season, you can proceed to the registration portal down below. Please note, you will need your child Hockey Canada Registry ID number to register, this can be obtained on the Spordle website here.

If your child is either new to hockey or new to the FRMHA, please see below.

If you are the parent of a player that would like to move to our association, you will have to send an email to the FRMHA President - Kevin Lafreniere [email protected] for him to send a player release request within the Hockey Canada Registry. Please include your child’s full name, their DOB, and their Hockey Canada Registry Number.

If your child is new to minor hockey, one of the parents must complete the Respect in Sport - Parent Program.  This will create a Hockey Canada Registry ID number for your child which you will require to register with us.  Here are the details on how to create an account and link your child. NOTE: please make sure to select FRMHA for your primary association.

Additional Details

We offer a multi child discount after the first two (2) children are paid in full;

• $25.00 off registered child number 3 (three)

• $300.00 off registered child number 4 (four)

It is important to note that one (1) pair of game socks will be supplied to divisions U9 and up, at no additional cost to the parents. However, should a French River Rapids Minor Hockey jersey that is assigned to your child(ren) become ruined (not through on-ice game play with their team) or missing, there will be a cost of $100.00 per jersey to be replaced to be covered by the parent.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via eTransfer only. Please send eTransfers to: [email protected] Use "hockey" as the password for your eTransfer. Please include player name(s) and division in the message/memo section of the e-transfer

All payments must be completed before your child gets on the ice for the first time.
