Respect In Sport - For Hockey Canada Leaders
You will need your HCR # from this once completed to link yourself to your Spordle account listed below.

Vulnerable Sector Check Information:
VSC Request Letter
Member: Northern Ontario Hockey Association
Association/Club: French River Minor Hockey Association
You will then be required to submit this online or in-person to your local OPP or otherwise

Online Police Record Checks
Online link to OPP to apply for VSC, you are applying as a volunteer there will be NO COST.

OHF Screening Submission Portal
You must upload your completed VSC once it has been sent to you via .pdf using the portal above.

Conducting the First Parent Meeting
It is STRONGLY recommended that you keep a written copy of your meetings to be able to provide a parent of a record of what was discussed should they be absent during that discussion.
